GENERAL WARRANTY INFORMATION
90 DAYS SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of this DEWALT tool you may return it within 90 days of purchase; you can exchange your tool for one of the same family with greater capacity, and just pay for the difference. To honor this warranty, bring the tool in its original packaging with all accessories and original sales receipt and / or warranty card stamped to any dealer or authorized Service Center.
1 YEAR FREE SERVICE DEWALT
Will service the tool and replace worn parts, free of charge, at any time during the first year of purchase. This contract covers general cleaning, grease, brushes and labor. Only in Compact, midsize and hammers (SDS Plus, SDS Max, Spline, and Hex) includes “O” ring changes. This warranty will only be honored if tool it taken to an authorized service center with the original sales receipt and / or warranty card stamped.
3 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
This product has a three year warranty on any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship from date of purchase. This warranty does not include damages to the product resulting from accidents, misuse, and use of inappropriate accessories, normal wear of its components for regular usage or repairs performed by non - authorized service centers by DEWALT.
DEWALT guarantees that 100% of our batteries for cordless tools have been tested and in perfect working condition before shipping from our factories. Batteries are considered normal wear parts due to regular usage and are not covered by the 3-year warranty for power tools. If your battery does not work properly you have 30 days after the date of purchase to take it to a DEWALT authorized service center for inspection and/or replacement.
This warranty will not apply when, – The product should be used under no normal conditions. – This product had not been operated as indicated in manual instruction which comes with the tool. – The product had been altered or repaired by unauthorized service center dealer. To honor this warranty, the product with original sales receipt and / or warranty card stamped is required. Note: Only in Mexico and Argentina, this warranty includes transportation charges originated within our service network.
